ONE was created as a companion for those moving through treatment for life-threatening illness — an invitation to rest deeply, to soften, and to remember wholeness while the body does its own profound work. It meets each listener exactly where they are, and it stays close.

At the core of our emotional anchoring sits FEAR: The accepted belief holds that a life lived in fear is natural — after all, look at everything there is to fear. And so releasing fear can seem like the last thing the deeper mind would ever consider, bound as it is to protection and woven into what we call the survival instincts. Here rest the core challenges to a peaceful life, a contemplative life, a life open to joy and even bliss.

Releasing Fear sits at the heart of Kathy's work. It helps the listener unpack the old narratives, release what no longer serves, and reset the inner adrenal response — allowing the heart to regulate, blood pressure to ease, and the lungs to settle into restful breathing. In time it releases the frequency the internal systems have long held as normal anxiety, returning the whole body to a deeper calm.

Within just a few days of working with this recording, people have found their extreme anxiety settling almost surprisingly so. Fears around flying, crossing bridges, presentations, dark places, animals and even insects. The relief arrives easy and effortlessly and it holds. How do we know it holds?
